Adrienne Pickett / Strategy + Creative Direction

Throughout Adrienne’s 15-year career, she has created a variety of award-winning work for some of the world’s largest brands and companies. Strategic and insight- informed, Adrienne's specialties include art direction, design, branding, identity, web, TV, and guerrilla marketing. She also enjoys learning about the new and unique channels that can help tackle her clients’ biggest problems.

Adrienne earned her BFA with a concentration in graphic design and history from the University of Michigan. She’s also an accomplished artist, illustrator, and muralist, currently putting her talents to work in the city of Detroit.

Babette’s career began in journalism and documentaries where she was a writer and producer for Panorama Mundial, Televisión Española, and CNN en Español. She jumped headfirst into advertising becoming a founding member of TBWA\ Miami, offering centralized support for LatAm agencies.

Her work on huge multinational brands like FIFA, The Olympics, P&G, and Costco has garnished her international awards, most recently an AdColor Award.

Babette received her BA in Journalism from the University of Denver, where she also earned a Masters degree in International and Intercultural Communication.

She has lived and traveled all over the world and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Holly spent eight years creating high-profile documents for executive leaders at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and has since written for clients in the health care, legal, transportation and logistics, government, and entertainment industries.

She enjoys the challenge of producing concise yet impactful content that highlights each client’s unique and authentic voice.

Chris has over 22 years of experience writing persuasive copy, generating creative marketing concepts and launching national and local campaigns for countless categories of clients. He’s written in virtually every medium and brings flexibility, battle-tested experience and the ability to meet tight deadlines to every project he touches. He even had an eye-opening stint as a stay-at-home dad for a while, giving him invaluable perspective to the multiple sides of family life.

While he’s proud of his BA in Advertising from Michigan State University, Chris maintains what it mainly taught him was that he didn’t want to be an account executive.

Kellie has spent 20 years working with worldwide advertising agencies, boutique design studios, a multi-million dollar national retail chain, and one of the top entertainment companies in the world. Kellie has launched and rejuvenated a variety of brands, including the development of non-profit The Bride’s Project, launched two technology products under the All Media Guide, and helped get a circuit court judge elected.

Kellie holds a BFA with a concentration in graphic design from the University of Michigan. She has numerous nationally recognized awards, and her work is also represented in the AIGA National Design archives.

She is currently an adjunct faculty member at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.

Stephanie Bulick / Event + Project Management

Steph has a BA in English with a creative writing specialization from Michigan State University. And she spent 11 years in the staffing industry, primarily working as a proposal consultant where she managed complex, writing-based projects.

She’s recently cut her teeth as a Communications Director and a Field Director for winning political campaigns, providing her valuable insight into the thousands of moving parts necessary to build and maintain a successful run from start to finish.

She’s a workhorse who values positivity, creativity, and accountability.

Maseer Rabbaig / Compliance + Dime Counter

Maseer comes to us with a wealth (pun intended) of accounting knowledge. He’s held many positions across a spectrum of private and public sectors including bringing his expertise to the US Department of Transportation and the New York Office of Budget and Management. He specifically oversaw the disbursement of $4 Billion in funds from HUD after Hurricane Sandy. He’s worked managing grants for government and nonprofit entities in the micro-lending, public infrastructure, and public housing sectors focusing on the low-to-moderate income population.

Maseer is as kind as he is intelligent, jumping up and helping others whenever he can. He received his undergrad in economics from the University of Michigan and his Masters in Accounting from Wayne State University. He can also carry on conversations in Spanish and German, and we’re happy to have his brains back in Michigan.

Molly O'Riordon / Web + Programming

Molly O'Riordon / Web + Programming

Molly is an extroverted graphic designer and coder hybrid (which is a pretty unique combination these days) who thrives on both visual and technical problem-solving. She’s created graphics, websites and identity for everything from local public TV broadcasts to children’s educational software and nonprofit collateral.

Currently, Molly is a product and app developer for Ford Labs in Ann Arbor
developing interesting applications for all of Ford’s lineup.

A native of Jackson and founding member of Forward Action Michigan - Plymouth/Canton, Sonia is a recent Ford PR executive of 15 years, turned stay-at-home mom, turned activist.

She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communications from Michigan State University. Sonia has lived and traveled the world and speaks
fluent Hindi.

Writer, teacher, and organizer, D’Anne brings over a decade of experience writing about politics and LGBTQ issues with an emphasis on Michigan to The Guerrilla Politic.

Most recently, D’Anne served as the formidable field director for Mallory McMorrow’s successful State Senate race in Michigan’s 13th District. D’Anne has a variety of background interests and policy knowledge including health care access, reproductive rights, comprehensive sex education, sexism, racism, economic inequality, voting rights, criminal justice reform, and public education.

For the past 20 years Scott, has worked as a media and analytics expert for large agencies and small shops on dozens of different kinds of brands and industries. He has a deep passion and understanding for seeing the insight needle in the haystack and exploiting it for earned media and new social approaches. Recently, he’s turned his attention to in-depth analytics to help mega brands like Harley Davidson and Verizon use metrics and insights to optimize consumer and visitors web experiences.

Scott earned his BA from Michigan State University with a concentration in Advertising.

Meet Sharanya, current University of Michigan fourth year student. From coffee runs to website designs, she’s been an integral part of our operation at The Guerrilla Politic this past year. We’re also pretty sure she doesn’t sleep given all her work majoring in both the Penny W Stamps School of Art and Design AND School of LSA International Studies. Sharanya also speaks SEVERAL languages and has multiple extracurriculars. We love having her help on Guerrilla and secretly hope she stays in Michigan after graduation.

Looking to round out a full campaign? We want to introduce you to our strategic partner, Austin Clark. Austin is the founder and director for Blue Wave Campaigns, and through his use of data in all things fundraising, messaging, and field, he’s been an instrumental part of past campaigns.

Prior to holding positions at the AFL-CIO and Working America, Austin was in social work as a case worker advocating on behalf of children in the foster care system.
